About Abir, Founder of Olive You So!
About Abir, Founder of Olive You So!
Abir, the founder of Olive You So!, is a passionate olive oil enthusiast with over nine years of experience in the world of olive oil. Growing up in a family of olive oil producers in Tunisia, she was immersed in the world of olives from a young age, learning the art and
science of production from the roots to the bottle.
For eight years, she managed her family’s olive oil business, expanding it into rich new international markets. She developed organic olive oil, launched a new brand, and oversaw operations at an olive oil mill and bottling facility. She was also a member of an esteemed olive oil tasting panel accredited by the International Olive Council.
Now living in Portugal, Abir is dedicated to
sharing her expertise, knowledge and love for extra virgin olive oil.
